The wind swirled around me and the world went black...I fell to the ground with a thud.I don't know how long it had been but when I got up things felt different…I looked to the ground only to see…PAWS?!”What kinda furry magic is this?!”I thought to myself.”I knew I should have stayed away from that creepy book..” I tried to shake off the dizziness and confusion as I looked around. Everything seemed to be in shades of very light colors, and the once familiar streets now looked like a foreign landscape. I stumbled and nearly fell again as I took a few tentative steps. But this time, something was different. I felt a strange energy coursing through my body, I couldn't believe it - I had somehow become a cat! I tried to meow, but all that came out was a pitiful mew. As I padded down the street, I realized that I had a newfound freedom and agility that I never had as a human. I couldn't help but feel a thrill of excitement at all the possibilities that lay ahead. But then, a sudden realization hit me - how would I ever turn back into a human again? As I made my way down the street, I came across a group of stray cats. They eyed me warily, and I could sense their suspicion. But then, one of them came forward and sniffed me. After a moment of hesitation, the cat meowed and beckoned me to follow. I didn't know what else to do, so I followed the cat through winding alleys and hidden paths until we arrived at a small, hidden garden. In the center was a fountain, and the cat led me to it. Some strange portal began to glow, and the cats one by one jumped into it. I tried to get in but I hit my head, and then a colorful paw reached for me.” Come on newbie” they said. Finally, something I understand!But newbie?!How disrespectful, but I went with her anyway.This time the portal opened for me, but began to blind me, with the surge of light. BLIP! “What the what!?” I asked very confused. Opening my eyes I felt, a soft warm light cast upon me. A strange green cat stared at her.” You’ve never been here huh?” she chuckled.”What the?! Where am I?”I blurted. ”You're in catatopiluse.Our village” “Cata-what now?!” “Just come with us” she seemed mildly annoyed. As I looked around I noticed many other strangely colored cats, one purple with black stripes. As we walked I noticed the strange color combos. “What's your name?” I asked trying to start up some conversation.” Sprite pup, the humans have a soda named after me. Speaking of humans, you smelled of one. You don’t have an owner do you?” she stared at me.”What no!Never!” I lied. Sprite stared unconvinced then went back to not caring.”We are here.” she then leaned in closer. “When you meet our ruler you shall bow” Sprite felt very bubbly like human sprite. As we walked I got strange looks from the other members of this so-called clan. The ruler was not as brave as I was expecting, they were a white cat with black and pink striped long sleeves.” O-OHO! A new kid.” they laughed “Haven't had one of these in a long time have we pop?”*sprite began to bubble “Don't call me that” Sprite snarled. “Take the newbie to the elder.” they exclaimed “Then we can find out their color.” I looked down at my paws realizing I had no color.” What!” sprite put a hand over my mouth “Will do your majesty” she bowed gesturing me to bow to she then pulled me out of there“NEVER do that again.” they walked to a strange hut.” Go in there, you must meet the elder.” sprite pushed me in. And I felt embarrassed.” Hi, are you the elder?” I laughed nervously but when I opened my eyes I didn't see an old cat like I was expecting. I saw a sparkledog. What in the early 2000s?? I only thought that to myself. “Yes, I'm the “elder” but you can just call me Sparkle.” they smiled warmly. they pulled me forward “I am assuming by now you know you have no color?” they asked, “Yes, what's that all about?” I replied feeling like a dummy. “Your color can be your personality, your role,” they told me. “To find your color is your path, I can mear tell a hint.” they put their paw on my head, and she closed her eyes chanted some strange words. Then I felt a bolt of energy hit me, giving me a huge headache. The chanting got louder and so did my headache. Then their eyes opened but glowing this time.”You will find your color when times get hard and when you need the power the most it shall come to you. You must leave for a quest with only your greatest friends. But be weary little one, for your quest has two endings.” their eyes fell closed opening again but normal this time.”Woah, we haven’t had a reading like that in a long time.” I felt very dizzy. “You shall go on your quest tomorrow as of today you will need training and rest.” Part 2 If I win lol
