Here's a panel from Ch. 9, pls give me art pointers, I really don't like how my art is now and I want other people to tell me how to improve. I draw on scratch and can't get another app to draw on currently. Also pls explain in baby terms because I'm stoopy. Note: I do like my cartoon-ish style and have looked at several tutorials to make it better but I can't understand any of them.
