People see him as a threat at times because of his code being incomplete and unstable, resulting him to have unstable emotions, actions, etc. making him ending up for him to suddenly terminate and accidentally harm others. While he was being created, he broke out of the lab while his emotions and actions were being implemented. He has weapons installed into his body that can be any weapon imaginable.
