Hello everyone, I am Emmi and the Admin/IRP leader of WindClan. Since the wonderful and brilliant Kaye, @winged-chaos , has stepped down from the WindClan admin helper position, there is now a vacancy. Almost any one of you, as long as you meet the requirements in description, now have the chance to apply for that position and join myself and Puddle (@xXSerenadeXx ) in WC leadership. Rules 1. Homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, and other types of hate / intolerance is not allowed in this application nor is it allowed in TFCRP as a whole. 2. You cannot have been banned/suspended or have been given a warning in the last five months you cannot apply according to the policies of TFCRP. 3. You must be 13 years old or older. 4. The decision of who will be given the role is decided by myself and Puddle, the member of the WC admin team along with discussion with the other high ranks of WindClan and other parts of the larger admin team such as the CEOs. (c0de w0rd uno: dunes ) This may also mean a background check from one of the mods. It also means that the results may be very slow with the amount of collaboration there has to be. 5. Please do not lie or tell other falsehoods in your application, if it is found out there will be repercussions. 6. Please accept that by applying you are not guaranteed the position in any way, shape, or form. Please be gracious, respectful, and kind to all other applicants, myself, and the admin team. 7. I will not accept guilt trips or bribery unless that bribery is this c0de w0rd number two which happens to be a reference of WC’s canyon of death. 8. You must have to have been in TFCRP for at least six months to apply. 9. It is highly recommended that you have had a WindClan character, currently have a WindClan character, or will have a WindClan character who is either unborn or preclaimed but not required. 10. Having chaos will not be required but does also increase your chances as it is personally easier for me to discuss plot for WindClan on there. 11. I would prefer applications to be in projects or forums but I will not disallow comment applications. Please link your forum or project application to this project for ease of access though. 12. What will be looked for in your applications will vary but these are some things I would highly value in a member of the WindClan team: communication skills, teamwork, activity, and passion. 13. Prior admin / admin helper / leadership experience is not needed/required but you may add instances of this to your application. 14. Feel free to ask questions about any of this and especially what you potentially could take over or help with in WC. 15. Remember that by applying for this position you are also signing up for being involved / having a voice in TFCRP wide matters and discussions, not just WindClan specific. You will encounter stress but if you can handle it or ask for help when it is needed, you will do just fine.
