Her mother was the queen, and at a young age, she had a lust for power, so she devised a plan to overthrow the queen by poison. After being crowned the new queen, she began to go mad with her newfound power. By accident, a servant found out about the plot that killed Diamond's mother, and spread the word. Soon, the entire kingdom found out about Diamond's deed, and eventually overthrew her.
