Transcript for you amazing goobers: ------ Just a bit about me! ^_^ - I'm Moldy, and i have been in the gaehive for more than a year i believe? i dont remember. - I'm on the aroace spectrum, and i go by she\her! - I'm in CST , and im 14, also i try to be online anytime i can, depending on how busy i am,, ---- Why would i be a good manager? - I would be a good manager because i would try to help out as much as i can, and i would make sure everything is in some sort of order,, i try not to stay in drama most of the time, but if i have to do something about it, i will. - Im a pretty optimistic person in general :) --- A bit of some downsides... - I get upset pretty easily, as i am kind of sensitive - I do forget things a lot, as well as half of the time sometimes i just dont know how to solve problems. - Sometimes i just feel like not doing anything about drama, ive dealt with it irl too many times so its become a habit of mine to not care about what's happening around me, which i understand is a bit of a problem. --- Things i could possibly bring to the studio!! - Now this one, im not entirely sure about, but one thing is for sure, i can try to make this studio more positive, and i can do my best to clear up anything involving lgbt stereotypes and such,, - this slide will be a bit short, as i said before im not entirely sure what i can do, sorry about that,, -- My stance on some of the issues here,, - How we act towards newcomers is in my opinion,, a bit much. While yes, i understand we have had some issues with them before, i would like the hive to at least be a bit more welcoming towards them,, as they might not mean any harm to us. --- What would i improve if i was promoted? - I'd try to background check newcomers, to make sure they dont mean any harm :) - I'd do my best to enforce the rules a bit better,, -Also encourage using trigger warnings and / or content warnings,, i dont need them, but others may need them!!! This is called a safe space for a reason after all ;) -- Recommendations!! (probably biased idk) - @MythosTheSpaceQueer !! really chill person, also in my opinion itd be a great manager ^_^ - @pinkaereis !! very creative, and does have experience, looking at the application and its really well done haha - @Sparksoul2star !! Just a really chill person in general, honestly. Pretty cool too :) --
