I have done (to the best of my ability) to make not just rubi, but ALL the characters inside the project that violate scratch TOS no longer break it. the altered characters are in the same sprite as the design shown. if a character isn't in there, it doesn't need changes (or at least I don't think so) Some of the designs may not be as good as yours ( I am terrible at humanoid shapes ) but they're safe for scratch. I highly recommend changing the official vectors in similar ways that I did you are free to disregard this as an entry to the design rating, it is simply me trying to help you stay on the site
