imagine, if you will, Flowey controlling Papyrus like some sort of venom symbiote. Well, say hello to Pelyars. Papyrus has been long gone ever since he got controlled by Flowey, and without Flowey he would just instantly fall onto the floor like a Dry Bones and never move again. He does run pretty fast and has insane durability. The only way to kill him is if you somehow cut off Flowey from him, but good luck with that since he can just hide underneath the vines and bones. Can he beat Sans? Maybe. The other Undertale cast? Yes. After 6-7 months, the Papyrus vessel starts decomposing and falling apart, losing the extra vine arms and most of the vines start drooping down and wilting.
Got this idea from one AU where sans is controlled by Flowey or smth idk I forgot what it was Pelyars has already wiped out his universe (besides Undyne and Asgore). However, they cannot reset. So even if they do succeed in doing so, they would just sit there forever until someone starts playing the game.
