Okay, I used the effects of 0.1, combined with the simplicity of 0.2, simplifying it into a block, which makes it easier to use.
[HOW TO USE] Just backpack the 2 scripts, and then manually cut up a few hair pieces that you wanna use, but it's easier than 1.0, you can do any amount that you want, it can go up to 6 strands of hair. After that, you're ready to use it. You can tweak and mess around with the block's effects, specifically the sway effect. I have it set to 7, but anything to 20 is fine, even some numbers past 20 is fine. It looks weird with high values past 50.
