Don't mind the Portal in the BG, we couldn't really get it out of frame TSD couldn't show up for the celebration due to a raid he was holding on Settlement F
Also, this is NullSpace, or the space between dimensions. This is how characters from my different series travel to other series (TSD in II for instance)
