Basically just Numberblock_Pau's Alphabet Lore letter maker and Sansirusp's Russian Alphabet Lore letter maker put together. Also there's accents incase you want to make your own language or letter or something. The eyes and mouths and letter assets were also made by Harrymations and Mike Salcedo. If you want me to add more, or if you want to me to give credit, tell me in comments. But overall just use this for whatever you want. It's how I made my Belarusian Alphabet Lore anyway.
