Personalized AI from a hacked Undertale game that brings people into the game and forces them into the characters (I.E. whoever got put in sans no longer has flesh and had his bones shifted to fit into the shape of sans). He can spawn hands from basically nowhere and has a lot of tricks up his sleeve, including being able to shift from pixel to 3D animation, size changing, reality-warping (only in the game), etc. You can't kill him, but you can just close the game.
