i used https://sketch.io/sketchpad/ (sketchpad) to draw it i used https://ezgif.com/maker/ezgif-1-a8ff06a4-gif-equalized (ezgif) to convert it to a GIF ik it has half transparent and the other half white, idk why it did that, but its pretty cool for my first real gif
