~Chapter 2~ (The Perfect Spot) Starlight landed at the Testing Pavilion, shaking of the leaves from the trees. Though the NightWings still lived in the rainforest, with a RainWing-NightWing hybrid for a Queen, they lived in peace. The Testing Pavilion was held up by thick, strong poles made of wood. Vines were growing on the outside. There were tall, orange-stained windows that let in light. The entrance to the pavilion was a shiny door with embroidery saying ‘The power that you contain will always be in your heart, not your claws -Sun the SandWing, daughter of Sunny.’ The door was made of pure gold, but it was painted to fit in with the other parts of the pavilion. Starlight walked inside, Storm by her side. A few other dragons were there, they were all standing in different, scattered places. On the inside of the pavilion there were pillars with patterns on them, and there was orange light coming from the stained windows. But it was rather dark, even with NightWing night vision. Starlight looked around. “How do I know when it’s my turn?” She asked. Storm tilted his head at her,“Your name gets called, and you go through that door”-he pointed with his tail to a door that looked exactly like the entry door-“then you’ll meet someone called Seek, a seer. Seek is special; she has the ability to sense powers. In the meanwhile, find a good and comfy spot to stay.” Starlight nodded, not looking at Storm. Instead trying to find the perfect spot. That dark corner? No, too small. The platform above her? No, someone’s already there. The spot near the window? Hmmmm……. Too bright. Starlight dismissed all the spots that came into her mind. Until……. Perfect! A mossy spot close to the entrance door, a perfect spot to settle. “You found something? It usually takes SO LONG for someone to find a spot,” Storm said when Starlight started to move to the spot. She settled and waited for her name to be called.

Pantala-the continent of 3 tribes, HiveWings, LeafWings, and SilkWings. Pyrritala (Py-ri-tala)-the name for the whole dragon world (I made it up). If a song is between these: / /, then it is an emphasized word. Tribe Queens NightWing: Queen Bat; Queen Bat is the descendant of Glory and Deathbringer, they had two daughters: Bat and Lemur. They inherited the throne. RainWing: Queen Lemur; Her sister is Bat, her Grandparents (only Deathbringer is alive) are Deathbringer and Queen Glory. SeaWing: Queen Aqua; Granddaughter of Queen Coral, mother is Auklet. The previous Queen was Anemone. SkyWing: Queen Cardinal; She took the throne from Queen Starling, Starling’s mother is Queen Ruby. IceWing: Queen Foxfire; Daughter of Queen Iceberg SandWing: Queen Wildfire; Daughter of Sunny MudWing: Queen Lily; Daughter of Queen Cow SilkWing: Queen Caria; Though her mother is unknown, Caria is part of the royal family in some ways. HiveWing: Queen Firefly; Queen Stripes was her mother LeafWing: Queen Evergreen; Daughter of Queen Sycamore and King Byblis
