My entry -- a cerulege/miraidon hybrid called either ceraidon or mirulege (whichever sounds better). Drawn using a graphics tablet. Yes, I used scratch paint. Gradients were used to make the colour look better. Two versions (press space for ver.2, flag for ver.1). Idk why there's two versions. The version I drew on paper a while ago looks better to be honest. Either way, this is it. Apologies if this was a bit long-winded.
