CarCar (chano's ship oc with him-) Jolly/Joe is a bit crazy in the mind- MERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS!! Explain?: So this project is meant to show how mentally unstable Joe/Jolly is. Feeling like nothing is changing around him has he ages by the day. Though when hes a clown he feels the world moving finally, especially when he sees (his crush) CarCar! He gets obsessed and starts to go completely crazy by the time hes 'XP' (skeleton ending part). disclaimer: Joe has a type of multiple personality disorder (in a way). Joe had a horrible childhood growing up with his father. Joe wasn't ever treated well most of the time and was frowned upon. Joe soon lost the only people nice to him (his grandparents) and this really upset him. His grandparents were tell him to always smile and he took that a bit too literally. He never stopped smile from that day forth. Soon when hes old enough he slowly leaves hi father but gets into a fight with him and ends up 'XPing' him and having to hide the 'ham'
