This is once again another short animation I made when I was bored Click the green flag twice. The first time is a bit laggy (as always). I decided to make this for two reasons: -The Bill-like character was easy to animate without a mouth -And I really wanted to make an outro similar to the Gravity Falls Weirdmaggedon intro.
