Lore: this unknown person was a serial killer back in the 1990s. He was arrested for mass murder and broke out a few days later. We caught him inserting some black matter into him labeled “FEROFLUID” we tried to arrest him but then his face split open and revealed multiple teeth. Many other forms we captured on camera.
