A bit more UK than Czechia, and has some chinese dragon DNA and slight shapeshifting abilities! Their eyes change color based on what emotion they are feeling at the moment, with lavender being the default color, and also meaning calm. Their mouth isn't visible when they aren't speaking, and they can be very friendly if they trust you! Their shapeshifting abilities aren't the best, as they always look more gray and monotone than the person they shapeshifted into. They can also forcefully change their eye color to match that of the person they shapeshifted into, thought the color will change if they experience any extreme emotion while shapeshifting.
