Nightshade is finally starting school at Jade Mountain Academy. But when she hears a voice that sounds like the one of an enemy thought to be long defeated, she panics. Things only become worse when the daughter of Qibli and Moonwatcher, Stardust, gives a terrifying prophecy announcing that in order to stop more spirits from coming out of supposedly eternal rest, and putting the escaped ones back to rest, the chosen dragons must journey to the legendary underground Stone Kingdom, home of the StoneWings. But someone doesn’t want that. A SkyWing named Topaz, really Carnelian’s reincarnation, has regained her memories of her past life and wants revenge. And with her new body, she is ready. She isn’t ready to go back, not before she’s gotten what she wants, and she will do anything to get that. But the problems don’t stop there. First of all, all they know about the Stone Kingdom is that it’s underground, and that’s it’s on the hidden continent of Pinatin. Not to mention, the legends stated that they share Pinatin with four other tribes: The swift FeatherWings, the fearsome DeathWings, the terrifying SpiderWings, and strangest of all, the enchanted GreatWings. In the first book of a new Arc, six dragons are out to avert disaster again, all while getting back in time to do their homework. Will they fail, or will they pass with flying colors?
