[Space/Click/Arrow Keys] Trigger Warning! Blood! If this bothers you, read this instead: Buck slowly pulled back the bramble to reveal a crowded herd of large, healthy elk. Buck had practiced this moment — his first hunt alone — but worry still bubbled up inside of him. ‘You can do this, Buck’ he kept repeating in his head, horrible scenarios swirling in his mind. Finally, he leapt forward blindly at the nearest elk — a proud cow that dug her hooves into the ground prettily. She noticed Buck instantly, lifting up into a rearing stance that towered over him. The elk crashed down just in time for Buck to swerve out of the way. He turned, opening his maw and snapping at the elk’s thigh. The cow screamed, shaking him off and kicking him square in the jaw. Buck collapsed to the ground, and all went black.
