Surge Stun Shock: paralyzes victim for a little bit, making them vulnerable to attack Electro Shield: an electromagnetic shield that protects Surge and shocks opponents who touch it Lightning Slash: a wide arc of lightning that cuts. Very sharp Kit Water Shield: protects from attacks, and he can use it to attack as well Reflect: uses his arms to catch and fling back something that was thrown at him. Water Slash: a water arm that cuts. Very sharp
