You move your mouse around... What? You don't know how? HOW DID YOU GET HERE THEN?! I mean... how hard can it be? You just move the rounded thing to the right (or left, I'm not discriminating) of your keyboard around. It's that easy! plz... y u not know how to do dis?
This project makes circle behind the mouse cursor and I can confirm it has EXACTLY 10 circles! (unless your computer is a potato, then it might drop to 9 occasionally)
