: tvdrp admin application !! ✦ user ~ flitchering ✦ nickname / pronouns ~ laylah ; ; s.her ✦ role i’m applying for ~ emberclan admin helper ✦ experience ~ i am the founder of a somewhat successful roleplay as you may know and also have been managing roleplays on and off site for several years ✦ good qualities ~ i am kind at all costs and prefer always to cooperate and make everything easier on both the other administrators and the role players. other than that i am also respectful and organized , in my opinion !! ✦ contributions to offer ~ i have lots of new ideas quite often and live to throw spice into everything , so you are promised interesting things while i’m around !! ✦ weaknesses in dealing with others ~ i’d say sometimes i get too opinionated and let it show, but never in roleplays. ✦ qualities all admins should have ~ kindness, respectfulness, humility, ability to take charge ✦ i have read all that is required of me !! ✦ rule i deem as most important ~ can’t say. i believe every rule is important in its own right- though, of course, rules protecting roleplayers are perhaps the most effective in a positive environment and thus are essential.
