There aren't many rules but here they are anyway: No copying other people's entries Don't change the template too much The background has to be an image that u have drawn, NO INTERNET PICTURES that goes for the drawing too!! I have examples, but don't enter the examples. Scratch is the only program u can use for this I'm still not sure what the prizes will be...maybe I'll follow 1st place, love/favorite second place, love 3rd place, and give a shout-out to the runner-ups.
