These are two new COs. Actually, one, because, well...one of them isn't EVEN a CO. XD Tag Breaks are when two commanders are controling at once, and when both of them can do a Super Power, they can do a Tag Power instead. One Commander goes and does their super power, and then, once the turn is over, the other CO takes the battlefield, but then they get to have ANOTHER TURN. The other CO in the second turn does their Super Power. It pretty awesome. But the higher the percentage (%) it is, the more useful the Tag Power is, and if the % is high enough, then it might kinda be a Super Ultra CO Power for both of them. XD But the lower it is, the worse. If low enough, it may be just a plain old CO Power for both of them. :(
