-Press the ability cards to use that ability, then press space when the white timing bar gets as close as you can to the green for a damage multiplier. -The green arrow icon on a character means "all rounder" the red crossed swords means "attack" the blue shield means "defense" if you see 2 of these icons that means they are stronger in their type -Defense characters have high defense but low attack, attack characters have high attack but low defense, all rounders have mid attack and mid defense.
