Pepperkit I don't think that's a hat... I thought it would be funny to have him wearing a mouse on his head since he just opened his eyes. I imagine he found the fresh-k!ll pile for the first time, took a mouse, and just thought //hat?//. So yeah. it took me way too long to get the markings right.
Bad art by me I kinda like this tho he's so cute! I'm also improving my art with how much I draw now. Maybe the quality of VCSR will finally increase.
