Thanks for the request! I got to draw Wakko again. He's still cute- Anyways, check inside the project Also, don't mind how weird his layers are. I drew him in Kleki, but since I hated the pixels, I had to convert it to an svg. Before you assume anything about the space backdrop- No, I didn't draw that.
