I remember this morning when my best friend Ollie (@minecraftmemer182), looked up Madeline and Peppino on his School chromebook, we found a lot of nice art and found this comment where Peppino helps at this guy for disrespecting Madeline's pronouns (Funny because Peppino is yelling, but also stupid because it has something to do with pronouns). Then, when I get home, I look up Peppino and Madeline and find a Reddit post about somebody finding a headcanon about Peppino being Madeline's niece.
