Jackson Liu was Born to a Gras Immigrant Family in 11/6/1914, living in the Vergasian City of Kannerheim, his family was rather poor, so he had to work for barely any wage to keep his family going, though he had an aspiration for exploration and government. After that he went to law school, became a lawyer, then eventually he was picked up by the Vergasian Republican Party, he eventually left the party as he wanted new changes in the Vergasian Republic not just money. So, he decided to apply to be chosen as Secretary-General of the UGA, eventually a Majority of the Committee of Major Powers chose him as Secretary-General of the UGA.
