The United Global Refugee Agency (UGRA) is a United Global Accord-run relief organization, providing shelter and food for refugees throughout the Globe, From Asina and Ungradsta to Astra and Astrog. UGRA takes care of and protects refugees fleeing their own countries, their Refugee camps are built outside of the warring country and either in free land or any other country.
