Info: They're a hybrid of a cat, a frog, a butterfly and a yellow-bellied sea snake. This character can absorb oxygen through the green patches of skin, allowing them to breathe underwater, but they still have lungs allowing them to breathe on land. I understand that this character isn't anthro. There's an anthro version on slide 4.
