I have made new designs for the 2024 @Sebalva390. This time, the storm’s design has also changed. Both have received updates to their designs, especially Sebastian A. Sebastian A. Now has his limb colouring different again, his top hat is now larger with the words “sebalva390” (implying his username) on his top hat, the star has turned red, most of the lines on his hat are now black, except for one, which is green, and he has a green-lime outline on his eyes. For the storm, I gave him a similar top hat, but without the star or text, sunglasses, and his limbs are still coloured after Sebastian A. He also now has pupils in his eyes, similar to Sebastian A.
