EDIT: uh so it seems like i just have that problem for that one project- expect no projects from me possibly for some time i know it’s not very believable given this project’s thumbnail, but i can’t change my projects’ thumbnails??? i did all the steps and saved when the right image is up, MULTIPLE TIMES, i tried clicking file and copying the project, but the thumbnail would always remain the same as before. it’s very frustrating and idk how to fix it because i can’t find any helpful resources. <— and about this particular image that is this project’s thumbnail. i have no idea why it worked, it happened so suddenly and only it works. i tried uploading other images but the thumbnail never updates. any help is much appreciated! ok that’s it in case anyone’s curious, the image is a wip thingy lol FUTHER EXPLANATION Normally when I want to change the thumbnail, I would upload the image(since I normally make my thumbnails outside of scratch), adjust it to how it like it, and then click save. That was usually make the thumbnail the image, since whatever your project looks like visually at that moment when you click save, would be the thumbnail. (continues in reply) However, the particular image I want to use, would not work no matter what I do, the thumbnail stays as the scratch cat. And it seems like only uploaded images do not work, if I were to draw on scatch or upload a new sprite, the thumbnail would update. However images I try to upload do not update the thumbnail. This project’s thumbnail is a strange case as the image did in fact work. I assumed it got fixed then but it did not. I tried other images, both inside this project and out, no progress.
