Hey! This is my manager application for the Gaehive. I'll start at the beginning. My name is Lyran. I'm in the Chicago timezone. I've been a curator for... let's see... a little over a year. I'm transfem, so I could be useful in helping with transmisogyny-related issues. I am autistic, so I may not be the best at communicating with other members... But I am biracial, and I've heard that there aren't any other POC managers. I believe the Gaehive and GWDFI have a communication issue. So, what will I do about it? I will work on teaching guests our rules, as that is the biggest part of the issue. I will also work on studio culture. It's important that we are friendly to newer members. Finally, I will work on sockpuppet issues. We need someone like me because... I can find sockpuppets. It's important to have someone that can tell who's a troll and who's just a new member.
