------- tos designs: - do not sell my designs without my permission - if you do not want the design anymore for whatever reason, please return the character - if you are permanently leaving scratch, I would prefer you return the design- I want a way to keep track of my designs and if you leave scratch I will have no way of contacting you - no major redesigning without my permission. changing a few markings, ever so slightly editing the color palate, and adding accessories/scars are not considered redesigning. you may change the species as long as it looks similar, and you can change feral designs to anthro ones. - again, as it's very important- return the design to me if you have no use for it or don't want it anymore! I spend a lot of time on them, and I do not want them to be wasted by sitting in a character storage project for the rest of eternity art: - do not use the art if the character featured in it does not belong to you, unless you have permission from the person the character belongs to - no claiming my art as your own. if you wish to put it in a project or use it as your profile picture, you are required to credit me -------
