im still working on him but here are some things you need to know about em. so first he has a new custom form and that form in around the power level of ssj4 so around the level of ssjb its ssjf aka frost bcuz his main power is ice hes not op hes around goku in the buu saga but as i make more and more animations for him he will get stronger (his ice form is the level of goku ui omen so he is a little strong) :)
