[PROTOCOL_06] {CRISIS} This branch of the Amalgamate is undergoing national crisis. A self mutating and replicating hive mind of biologically engineered weapons have escaped canisters across hundreds of Amalgamate owned worlds. It has been dubbed [Darkness] by scientists due to it inhabiting darker places more often, as well as the black hue or color of many of the mutations, goop, and creatures it can produce. 83% of worlds infected have fallen. The remaining 17% are holding on as the military enforces strict laws and order onto it. The greater Amalgamate is at threat. Ships are being pulled from border patrol to orbital bombardment, to prevent further spread. The virus and mutations are fatal. Consolidation of power to the military has resulted in an emergency military junta. It doesn't seem like it will lift after the crisis, however.
