use space or the arrow keys to advance ^u^ looking back on this, i must say i have found much simpler methods. but this is good practice until you get the gist of what braids look like ^w^ looking back on this again... cringe. might make an updated tutorial ^^; i hope you enjoy this tutorial on drawing braids! i use gimp (which is free!), but you can use almost any bitmap art program as long as it has layers. (this method isn't well suited to vector mode.) what i'm doing doesn't quite make sense at first, but bear with me! it should make sense towards the end. >w< soo yea this is basically what i got done today. if you have any questions, feel free to drop a comment! if you use this method, i'd love to see your result! ^w^ -links- examples of braids drawn using this method - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/93517416/ vector braid tutorial- https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/78961112/ traditional braid tutorial (voice narrated) - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/32610606/
