Description

Press the screen to traverse through the artwork. The left side means previous, and the right means next. It has been a while since I posted some actual content. I am in the final weeks of the winter semester, which is usually hefty, and I have already stated that I won't be focusing on Scratch projects... kind of. Unfortunately, my next animations won't be shared in Scratch (but they'll still be Scratch-based - if you know what I mean). At this point, I want to make animations, but not with extra steps. Even with my animation setup template, it still feels tedious. Timing in Scratch is horrendous and time-consuming, and I want more freedom with my content. I can't be here forever. I attempted to complete three Scratch-based projects but felt burnt out and less productive. I hate that feeling. I eventually posted one animation in November, the "Chopping Board" teaser. Not only is it not that much, but I'm already considering some delays to the project for some subject changes despite having a bigger deadline. That doesn't mean I quit. I'm just done creating serious projects here for now. I'm mostly focusing on elsewhere. It's not hard to find me if you're wondering. I love animating stuff. But Scratch is mainly a coding site. It's wonderful to prove that Scratch can be an animation medium. However, as a university student who gets burnt out numerous times because of studies, I'm not in the right mindset to continue posting here. I hope you all understand why I have not posted much lately, other than what I made with Autodesk Sketchbook whenever I am on the bus. I feel more motivated to finish the sketches I did on the bus than do animating. At least I was somewhat productive, I guess? Eh, who even reads this wall of rambling? Credit goes to Summitsphere and Tour De Pizza for Antonblast and Pizza Tower, respectively. Support their work, especially Antonblast, since they're still in development. #art
