As of March 4th, 2017, Scratch TV has gotten a new design! On Mar. 3rd, 2017, we had announced that Scratch TV needed a new logo and a new design, so we scheduled it to be on 4th of March. We put a little timer that says "Scratch TV becomes Scratch 1 in Hrs, Min, Sec"
