In 1987, HTV was formed at October 5th. It got it's first Affiliate in 1988. It was called UnityPlay. In 1989, The russian HTV was formed, It's called HTV Hotstar. In 1991, HTV Was gone international. At the end of July 1991, On the USA and UK (And in the start of september 1992 in other countries), HTV Was now SplaaTV. In 2000, HTV 2 became defunct and signed off forever. However in 2007, HTV Hotstar became A SplaaTV Affiliate in Russia. In 2008, HTV Hotstar Came to china, korea, iran, kuwait, ukraine, and Other Countries.
