Contest host: @ShimmeryStar This is my entry for round one: Ocean/Beach Character: Roxanne Winters; minor character from Freebird Games' SigCorp series (spec. To The Moon minisodes) Clothing design is mine, to clarify, but not the character herself. The hat is kinda awkward lol, but I guess it's tolerable; not like I can do much to fix it anyhow.
