WARNING!!!! LOTS OF READING AHEAD... DIRECTED AT FNAF FANS.... -Also sign if you agree(If you want)- A lot of people have been making these... "Sign if FNaF is not over" projects and..... Events motivated me to put in my two cents. -The Event- NightCove_TheFox remastered "One of Us" today. A true FNaF classic. (In my eyes.) It's pretty high up there on my Fond Memories/Nostalgia list. NightCove_TheFox is a leading FNaF content creator in my book. Not as big as Dawko... But she comes out with enough songs that I count her as a leading creator. I admire the song... I really do. It was pretty good. And there were a couple of parts that were better than the old song.... But this may be my nostalgia talking... I honestly prefer the old song... This one was pretty great. DHeusta was a pretty good addition to the song... And I loved it... But I still prefer the older song.... It's the same with JT Music's remasters of "Join Us for a Bite" and "Five Long Nights" .... They were good... But... (Again, this may be my nostalgia talking...) I prefer the old songs. Why I feel this way about these songs is.... Well, these artists have really grown as musicians since FNaF 1 came out... They learned new techniques... Got new (and/or) better equipment... Maybe they found a better place to record... (JT Music used to record their songs in a car.) These changes gave their music a much more.... Crisp? Clean...? (I dunno...) It gave them a new sound. But in that time.. I would listen to their old FNaF songs a total of... (Hold on) ((Checking Spotify, Youtube, Soundcloud, Pandora....)) (((Doing the math.)))... 548,78 times over the years. 0-0 (I was not expecting that number.) That would give me some time to get used to this old sound. I re-listened to all of the FNaF songs I used to listen to, compared to the newer ones.... Yeah... It's weird. So... I guess FNaF music represents the growth of the restaurant itself....? So in my eyes... Nostalgia decides my tastes... The older songs have more influence because they hold more memory and emotional power. (Don't judge me, I'm sentimental...) Chances are I will like the newer song... But not as much as the originals.... TwT
