It will be found near the bottom of this desc. 5) No accessories such as Metal/Gold bracelets, ear piercings, etc. Will be acceptable. But vine accessories, flower accessories, and so on are fine. If your cat is a Kittypet, then collars, bandannas, harnesses, etc. Are fine. 6) Scars are fine, just keep it reasonable. 7) If you have any questions at all about the form or sign up sheet, just ask in the comments!
