Ɛ is basically the villain so give him/her an evil face and voice. Ɂ is the sun of IPA Lore. If ur wondering why ʀ and ð have 3 designs, its because they got mutated in Ɂ. If your chosen ipa character has a name, than say its name, else just say its pronounciation. Tutorial: 1. Remix and see inside; you can add colour but have to add a face from the redesigned RALR pack (make sure the brightness is still the same) 2. Voice your chosen character. 3. If your chosen character is pitch black/white, then don't colour. 4.You can add the other IPA symbols with uppercase forms and follow the steps.
