Given some of Suddistan's recent actions despite vowing to undergo political isolation, von Khilajha decided to establish an alliance, which, in his own words, would "bring prosperity to those willing to join the pact." This proposal known as the "Verteilen Security Organization" (pronounced "vee-so" or "vee-es-oh") has not yet been fulfilled, but the Suddese leader hopes to prevent the influence of the TIA from spanning over too much of the globe.
