The Weaver is an entity that resides within the "Library of All". It uses its silk to write stories. It keeps the records of all EXES who are and who will exist. It tells what has and what will happen to them. The only way to change the outcome is to read the book yourself, in which the text will change depending on what you will do. The Library of All is a sought after place, due to being able to give information about any EXE, it's only unfortunate that it's owner isn't too fond of guests.
