Here ya go! I named this design Luminous Lit Lights because that's what the moodboard reminded me of. :3 The base is a feline, and the eyes and hind legs are bird-like. The tail and things trailing off the front legs are jellyfish tentacles with little lights on them. Also, this is a symmetrical design. Enjoy! ^w^
